When an incident dented, broke, and tore the side of this roof open, the homeowner needed a quick repair. We performed structural work in the attic, bent the metal siding back into shape, and patched the metal roof with a color matched material.
Our team replaced the old rubber seal on this chimney. We first scrapped away the old sealant then replaced it with our fresh sealant. Next, we placed a new chimney cap on the roof to prevent water from going down the chimney.
The old roof on this home had outdated shingles, flashing, ventilation, and was causing much damage to the home. We re-structured parts of the roof and replaced it with new decking, flashing, ventilation, and architectural shingles to secure it for years to come.
This entire roof was soft and plagued from leaks and rotten decking. Around these skylights were a particularly troublesome area. We kept the same skylights, but replaced the decking, shingles, and sealing around them to allow the roof to function properly.
The skylights installed in this roof years ago had started to let a lot of water through. To stop the molding, rotting, and leaking in general, we completely replaced the entire skylight and resealed it. Now the fixture is safe to weathering.
